26 June 2011 - New Customer Request System
We are excited to announce the new beta version of the Cyber View Request for Service system. Some of the new features include:

New easy-to-use file attachment feature - including the ability to drag and drop files (depending on the Internet browser used).
Advanced integration with CyberStudio Articles Module - CyberStudio customers can login and select from a list of their web pages from the Articles Module.
Simplified Steps - the previous version had 4 steps, now the process has only 2 steps.

Read Frank Garofalo's article on UX Magazine entitled: "Capturing What You're Not Implementing" (http://www.uxmag.com/strategy/capturing-what-youre-not-implementing). The article discussing methods for retaining concepts and ideas from projects and the potential benefit they can provide for use in future work.

6 March 2011 - Attending South by Southwest 2011 Conference

This Thursday Frank Garofalo will be traveling to attend South-by-Southwest (SxSW) 2011 - Interactive. This will be Frank's first time to attend this conference and he's looking forward to it. Cyber View is proud to announce the launch of the web site for the Purdue Freedom Square project www.purduefreedomsquare.com. The new site of the Freedom Square on the Purdue University West Lafayette Campus will be a place of gathering for students to celebrate freedom, while also honoring those who have fought for it.

The web site for the Freedom Square is powered by Cyber View's content management system, CyberStudio.

29 December 2010 - JigarWines.com goes live with HTML5 & CSS3
Today the new web presence for Jigar Wines was launched: www.jigarwines.com This site is a new landmark for Cyber View - the site was built with HTML5 and CSS3. One of the new capabilities of these relatively new technologies allows for a web site to recognize the screen size / resolution and re-adjust appropriately for that specific device.

For example, the site will determine the best display for a smart-phone, desktop computer, tablet, or web-enabled television. Additionally, the Jigar Wines site is powered by our content management system, CyberStudio Version 5.
