Five Star Service

Five Star ServiceCyber View is excited to launch a new program we are calling our "Five Star Service." This has been specifically designed for our customers looking for a prioritized, high-level of maintenance service on a regular basis. Our Five Star Service program provides customers with pre-paid dedicated support from our professional designers to keep their site fresh and up-to-date on a quarterly basis.

Program Benefits

  • Pre-paid for three (3) months at a time
  • Prioritized maintenance service requests
  • Up to fifteen (15) hours worth of maintenance support from our design team per quarter
  • Special Introductory sign-up rate: $225.00 per quarter

Details: Unused hours are non-transferable and non-redeemable. If customer uses more than fifteen (15) hours of maintenance requests within one (1) quarter, additional hours over fifteen will be billed based upon Cyber View's maintenance rates at that time. Cyber View will solely be responsible for accessing maintenance hours applied towards service requests and for tracking maintenance hours used.
